What better way to start your morning than with a delicious smoothie. Here are some easy and healthy breakfast smoothies.
Pineapple and Coconut Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup of chopped pineapple
½ cup of coconut milk
¼ cup of plain yogurt
1 tablespoon sweetened flaked coconut
Ice
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Coffee and Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 banana, sliced
1 cup of low-fat milk
½ cup of black coffee, cold
2 teaspoons of sugar
½ cup of ice
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Banana with Oats Smoothie
Ingredients:
¼ cup of rolled oats
½ cup of low-fat plain yogurt
1 banana, sliced
½ cup of fat-free milk
2 teaspoons of honey
¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pomegranate, Banana and Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 cups of mixed berries, fresh or frozen
1 cup of pomegranate juice
1 banana, sliced
½ cup of water
½ cup of non-fat cottage cheese

In a blender, add all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Tropical Smoothie
Ingredients:
½ cup of almond milk
1/3 cup of plain yogurt
1 large banana, sliced
1 cup of pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen

Add all of the ingredients to a blend and blend until smooth.
Raspberry Nutty Smoothie
Ingredients:
¾ cup of low-fat milk
¾ cup of raspberries, fresh or frozen
½ banana, sliced
1 tablespoon of peanut butter

Fruity Delight Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 cups of apple juice
1 banana, sliced
1 kiwi, sliced
5 large strawberries, fresh or frozen
Directions:
In a blender, add all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Watermelon Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 cups of watermelon, chopped
¼ cup of fat-free milk
2 cups of ice
Directions:
Add the watermelon and milk to a blender and blend for 20 seconds. Add in the ice and blend for another 20-25 seconds, or until smooth.
