Food recalls: Delissio pizzas recalled for possible glass bits

As a precautionary measure, Nestlé Canada is voluntarily recalling one batch code of Delissio Pizzeria Vintage Tuscan Style Chicken pizza and one batch code of Delissio Thin Crispy Crust Grilled Chicken Tomato & Spinach pizza because they may contain glass bits.

Delissio Pizzeria Vintage Tuscan Style Chicken has batch code of 6017525952 and a best before date of 2016NO12

Delissio Thin Crispy Crust Grilled Chicken Tomato & Spinach Pizza has batch code of 53625273C1 and a best before date of 2016JL25

We have informed the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and communicated our decision to recall these products. We are immediately informing all of our customers who received these batch codes and arranging for these products to be removed from store shelves.

Consumers who have Delissio Pizzeria Vintage Tuscan Style Chicken and Delissio Thin Crispy Crust Grilled Chicken Tomato & Spinach pizzas with the affected batch codes should contact Consumer Services for reimbursement at 1-855-395-1238 and then dispose of the product.
