Below is a delicious baked kabocha squash recipes. Enjoy!

Baked Kabocha Squash

1 medium size kabocha squash

2 tsp Balsamic vinegar

1 tsp Cinnamon

½ tsp Cumin

½ tsp Nutmeg

Pinch of pepper and salt

1. Preheat the oven to 375 F. Rinse kabocha squash and dry it.

2. Cut off the top and the bottom of the squash.

3. Cut the squash in half and scoop out the seeds

4. Cut the squash into thin wedges

5. Toss the squash with balsamic vinegar, cinnamon, cumin, nutmeg, pepper and salt.

6. Lay the squash in a single layer on a foil-lined baking tray.

7. Bake the squash for 30 minutes, flipping them around the 15th minute. The wedges are ready to eat when they are slightly brown and crunchy on the outside and fluffy and soft on the inside.
