WHAT TO EAT TO BANISH STRESS

3) Drink lemon water. "Vitamin C is a great stress fighter. Remember that citrus fruits are loaded with sugar calories, so reach for the lemons and limes or a vitamin supplement instead."
4) Practice affirmations. "Research from Carnegie Mellon University confirms that positive thoughts improve as person's ability to recover from stress. The results of one study showed that people under high pressure had impaired problem-solving skills; however, concentrating on a positive thought helped them break down the situation and focus on the issue, thereby reducing stress."
