Corn Salad

This is a very refreshing salad. Great for BBQ rib or chicken. Enjoy.
Corn salad
3 fresh raw corns, strip
30 cherry tomatoes, slice in half
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 medium red onion, diced
½ English cucumber, diced
1 handful cilantro, roughly chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Toss corn, tomatoes, red onion in a bowl, along with the balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
A couple hours before serving, add cucumber, mix well and refrigerate.
Add cilantro just before serving.
