Baked Lemon Dill whole salmon
2- 4 lbs whole salmon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 lemons, thinly sliced
1 bunch dill
. Wash and pat dry the fish. Make 3-4 diagonal slashes on each side of the fish.
Lay out 2 sheets of aluminum foil. Coat the foil with nonstick cooking spray. Place salmon on one foil.
Sprinkle salt and pepper onto salmon. Place fresh herbs and sliced lemon into belly cavity and each diagonal slashes.
Place another sheet of foil on top of the fish and completely wrap the fish.
Place the fish on the baking tray and put into the oven.
Cook until fish is opaque throughout.
