East meets West smoothie

I made this recipe on the morning of Chinese New Year (February 8th 2016). I loved it so much that I have been making it at least twice a week. Enjoy!

East Meets West Smoothie Recipe

1/2 cup of dragon fruit

1/2 cup of persimmon fruit (mine were frozen)

1/2 cup of mango fruit (mine were frozen)

2 table spoon of peanut butter

1 cup of milk

1 table spoon of chia seed

1. Soak chia seeds in milk to develop a gelatinous coating if you don't like the crunchiness, while cutting/preparing other fruits.

2. Put dragon fruit, persimmon fruit, mango fruit, peanut butter and chia seed with milk into magic bullet or other blender.

3. Add ice and blend to your desire consistency.

* Note: you can use banana if you can not find dragon fruit. You can buy the small banana to make it an Asian smoothie.
