Hot Chocolate

Sadly, winter is still going strong here in Canada. However, this easy homemade hot chocolate will satisfy your craving while warming you up till Spring arrives.

2-min Hot Chocolate

- 1-1¼ cup of skim milk

- 2 tsp sugar or agave syrup (adjust the amount for your preferences)

- 2 tsp cocoa powder

- ¼ tsp cinnamon powder

1. In a microwave-safe mug, add the sugar and the milk. Place it in the microwave and heat it for 2 minutes.

2. Carefully, take it out and add the cocoa powder and cinnamon. Using a fork, whisk vigorously until the cocoa has dissolved.

Note: if you want extra indulgence with this hot chocolate, add 1/8 cup (2 tbsp) of marshmallows on top and/or 1 tbsp of Kahlua.
