Flourless Double Chocolate Pumpkin Brownies

Who like sweet? Who like chocolate? Well, I have a great melt-in-your-mouth flourless double chocolate pumpkin brownies for you. One bar will surely satisfy the most indulgent cravings.

The top layer of melted chocolate is optional but highly recommended for the gooey factor.

Flourless Double Chocolate Pumpkin Brownies

- ½ cup of canned pumpkin - 2 eggs, beaten - ¼ cup (25 gr) cocoa powder - 2 tbsp honey - ¼ tsp cinnamon - ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional) - ¼ cup of dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips + 2 tbsp for the top layer

1. Preheat your oven at 350F. Spray oil or line with parchment paper onto a small baking dish. I use a 6 x 6 glass dish. 2. In a bowl, add pumpkin, eggs, cocoa powder, honey, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Mix until everything is combined. 3. Fold ¼ cup of chocolate chips into the mixture and pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. 4. Bake for 25-30 mins or until a knife comes clean. 5. Cool them for 5 mins. Meanwhile, melt the remaining 2 tbsp of chocolate chips in the microwave. Be careful not to burn the chocolate. 6. Spread the melted chocolate on top of the brownies and let it cool for 20-30 minutes. 7. Cut them into 9 pieces and enjoy.
