Peanut butter berry smoothie

My new go to smoothie. It is quick and delicious. Enjoy.

Peanut Butter Berry Smoothie

1 medium banana

1 cup frozen mixed berries

2 tbsp peanut butter

1 cup of milk

1 tbsp of chia seed

1. Soak chia seeds in milk to develop a gelatinous coating if you don't like the crunchiness.

2. Put banana, berries, peanut butter and chia seed with milk into magic bullet or other blender.

3. Add ice and blend to your desire consistency.
