Blueberry Oat Bar

A quick, simple and healthy snack and/or breakfast. It is also great to take with you on a hike, very filling - great fibre source.
Blueberry Oat Bar
1 ½ cup dry oats
1 cup blueberries
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup maple syrup
3 tbsp flax seeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
½ cup nuts (I use almond)
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease a loaf pan
2. Add all ingredients into a bowl. Mix until nicely combined
3. Pour everything into the greased pan
4. Bake the mix for about 45 minutes, until the middle is cooked
5. Leave to cool before slicing into squares.
